Does SomeJam ship internationally?
SomeJam offers international shipping across the world! There are some countries we don’t ship to: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We ship internationally to all other countries!

How long will delivery take ?

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

  • USA: 5­-8 business days on average after fulfillment
  • Canada: 6­-12 business days on average after fulfillment
  • World: 10­-20 business days on average after fulfillment

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, we do! Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

Only orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it. All orders are final.

What are Live shipping rates?

Our shipping algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on these factors: where it’s fulfilled, where it’s shipping, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers.

Which payment methods are accepted at our store?
We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal. If you pay by credit or debit card you will be asked for the security number of the card. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. Payment is taken at the time of the transaction on all credit and debit card payments.
Is website secure? uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

Does retain customers’ credit card information?

No. Your credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. If you select the option ‘Save payment information to my account for future purchases’ at checkout, then your actual credit card information is stored only on the servers of the payment processor, that is extremely secure with tokenization.

No shipping options were found?
Make sure you provided the postal code and city.
What if I don't get my package?
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. Please, get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order!

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed and for an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
What happens if a package isn't delivered to me, but the tracking states that it did?
SomeJam will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, SomeJam would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address. 
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.”
If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Be aware that SomeJam require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send us a short description of the damaged goods, pictures, and order number within 14 days after receiving the order to, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Keep in mind that it can be replaced only in same size.

How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If your customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Why I didn't get an order confirmation email?
Check your SPAM folder, please.
